Administrator - About the role

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, read on. As an Administrator – Workplace, you will be providing an effective administrative service for the Workplace and Securities team.

You will provide an efficient and professional front of house service to visitors to the organisation – putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors attending our offices

About The Candidate

To be a successful Administrator you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for the below role specific requirements:

  • Good level of knowledge and experience of MS Office systems.
  • Previous experience in reception/administration role.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, with ability to liaise with a wide range of customers.
  • Demonstrable commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service.

Security Manager - About the role

You will be expected to effectively manage the Security team to ensure that the team are working in line with site policies and procedures. Maintain that the Client is fully briefed and updated regarding any Security related issues that arise. And ensure the Security team deliver high standards by monitoring performance levels against set customer KPI’s and that performance management processes are in place and adhered to achieve these goals.

About The Candidate

To be a successful candidate you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for the below role specific requirements:

  • Must have proven management experience of at least 2 years.
  • Ability to organise and motivate a team to guarantee optimum performance of the wider security team.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to coordinate and provide strategic direction to an administrative team.

Security Guard - About the role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and visitors on site. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills, we would love to hear from you.

About The Candidate

To be a successful Security Guard candidate you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for the below role specific requirements:

  • SIA Card.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Own mode of transport, Drivers Licence preferable.
